You must mail your written request to Records & Identification (R&I) Division if you want to request a copy of a crime report. You are able to just get a criminal activity report if you're a person that is authorized since the target, the target's agent, or as supplied in Section 6254 associated with the Government Code.
Victims of domestic physical physical violence have entitlement to one copy that is free of event reports made within 5 years from the date of conclusion of this event report. Victims of Sexual Assault, Stalking, Human Trafficking, or Abuse of an Elder or even a Dependent Adult are entitled to at least one free copy of their event reports made within 2 yrs through the date of completions regarding the event report.
Furthermore, victims of identification theft have entitlement to a free content of the event reports.
